Wrap if the guest should feel stems in the hands. Bowl if the room should be ready when the door opens. Recut the wrap the same day. That is the set. Guest name and named house still belong. This page does not book a florist.

Carry through the lobby

Kraft wrap and twine are the carry. The guest takes stems through the lobby. Upstairs, recut on an angle and get the stems into water. Floral tape is for a hand-tied wrap that needs a hold at the bind, not for a hotel bowl already in a vase. Do not leave a wrap in kraft overnight and call it done.

Recut and food

Recut the stems the same day. Flower food is for that water, not for a dry wrap in kraft. Packets go in the vase or the bowl upstairs. Crystals are the same job in a different jar. Use one. Do not double-dose because the room is warm. Warm rooms still need a recut. Food does not replace a recut.

Wait at the desk

A bowl waiting at the desk is a hold under the guest name. The room should already have flowers when the door opens. A glass vase is the usual vessel. A flower frog is for stems that will not stay in a short bowl. It is not a wrap. It is not a lobby handoff. Named house and guest name still belong on the order.

Order of the kit
